We’re delighted to announce that our brand-new luxury properties at Milton are now available for booking for summer 2024. These five unique new properties are the latest additions to Logiealmond Estate’s high quality holiday accommodation portfolio.
Located close to the Milton Burn, in a peaceful natural setting, Milton Farm is a beautiful stone-built complex which has been sensitively renovated to create five charming rural properties. All properties benefit from the latest renewable energy technology, including ground source heat pumps and thermally efficient insulation, and each has its own garden or patio.
The elegant former manse, three stone cottages and a brand-new, traditional-style farmhouse will also be joined in September 2024 by an exciting new separate entertaining space – perfect for wellness retreats, small weddings or celebration events.
The five Milton Farm properties can be booked together to provide accommodation for up to 28 guests, or separately:
Milton House (sleeps up to 8)
The generously proportioned four bedroom former manse (rectory) retains many Georgian period features and can accommodate up to eight guests. Highlights include an elegant drawing room, a sizeable kitchen and a formal Highland-styled dining room.
The Old Farmhouse (sleeps up to 8)
A beautiful new-build four bedroom property with a generous open plan kitchen/dining space, and flexible accommodation for up to eight guests.
Falcon Steading (sleeps up to 6)
A chic three bedroom steading cottage for up to six guests, with contemporary interiors and a delightful mini-mezzanine kitchen/dining area.
Merlin Steading (sleeps up to 4)
A single-storey two bedroom steading cottage for up to four guests, with an open plan living space and breathtaking views from the gable-end windows.
The Old Bothy (sleeps up to 2)
A snug one bedroom hideaway for up to two guests, this enchanting stone cottage combines vintage charm with modern comfort.
