BOOK FALCON STEADING
FALCON STEADING
Welcome to Falcon Steading.
Cocooned within these sturdy stone walls are beautiful contemporary interiors and a wealth of unique architectural features, all designed to make your stay here a remarkable experience.
Originally constructed in Victorian times, this authentic stone-built farm steading has been transformed into high-quality accommodation, accessibly located in beautiful rural Perthshire. The traditional architecture has been enhanced with contemporary timber and glass detailing, inside and out, and the interior rooms have been styled with an elegant, neutral colour scheme and charming upholstery and accessories. Stone tiled floors, nature-inspired chandeliers and chunky timber barn doors are just some of the stand-out features.
On the upper floor, three bedrooms – a superking, a double and a twin room – provide flexible accommodation for families or groups of friends, and all three rooms have en suite bathrooms, including a walk-in shower. Two of the rooms also have a bath – ideal for relaxing after a lively day walking, shooting or fishing on this nature-rich estate, or exploring the beautiful countryside beyond.
Downstairs, a spacious open-plan living room and a delightful mini-mezzanine kitchen/dining area, overlooking the living room, provide plenty of space to relax. The generously sized kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a built-in oven, microwave and smart butler sink, and the dining table seats six.
The gorgeous views through the double aspect windows give you a taste of the adventures that await each day, and the contemporary ground floor woodburner keeps you wonderfully warm, whatever the weather.
Outdoors, you’ll enjoy access to an enclosed private patio, with its own hot tub and garden furniture. The estate and surrounding countryside also offer ample sporting, recreational and cultural opportunities – including grouse shooting, deer stalking, and salmon fishing.
Please note: Falcon Steading and four adjacent properties – Milton House, Merlin Steading, The Old Farmhouse and The Bothy – can be booked together to create luxury high quality accommodation for up to 28 guests. From September 2024, this will include access to a new dining experience room/building which is also the perfect venue for wellness retreats and small weddings or celebration parties. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate stag or hen parties at Falcon Steading.
Equipment such as BBQs, cots, private chef, etc. are all available on request and there is electric car charging on-site. Regretfully, dogs are not allowed.
